Our Builder Team
The J.S. Robinson Fine Homes team is a recognized team of custom home builders with over 25 years of experience. We have built over 1200 homes in the Kansas City area and offer a variety of models starting in the low $300 range to custom, luxury homes.
Richard L Hoelting Jr. is a third-generation custom home builder. He grew up on jobsites and learned early on the importance of each stage in the home building process.
Personal attention is the hallmark of Crown Builders. Starting as a commercial builder in 2002, the owner, Ron Ratkey, then shifted his attention to residential home building in 2007.
Olympus Custom Homes believes that building a new home is one of your family’s most important investments. They are always honored to have the opportunity to build a new home for a customer.
Selecting Your Home
Cottages
Located on the east side of Kenneth Estates, the Cottages Neighborhood offers 28 maintenance-provided villa homesites. Home prices will start in the upper $500,000s. The Cottages will feature homes by J.S. Robinson Fine Homes, RL Hoelting, Olympus Custom Homes and Crown Builders. The Cottages is also open to approved outside builders.
Manors
The Manors Neighborhood at Kenneth Estates is located on the West edge of the community. This neighborhood is made up of 45 single-family homesites with many walkout lots available.Homes in the Manors start in the $600,000s and are built by J.S. Robinson Fine Homes, RL Hoelting, Olympus Custom Homes and Crown Builders. The Manors is also open to approved outside builders.
Residences
The Residences Neighborhood at Kenneth Estates will offer homes starting at $800,000. This private enclave is located in the heart of Kenneth Estates and features 19 estate homesites, with many backing to water and trees. The Residences neighborhood is open to approved builders.
